Tuesday, April 17 9:08 a.m.: An attempted to perform a person check on Hayward Street but was unable to find the person. 3:24 p.m.: Several 911 callers reported a domestic incident at the . The incident was in the Ashland side of the park. Ashland PD was notified and responded. 5:10 p.m.: A caller reported a FedEx truck took down a wire on Frankland Road. An officer spoke to everyone involved and reported that no service was lost so the wire may have been dead. 11:38 p.m.: A caller reported a vehicle on School Street and a person walking on West Main Street toward Upton. An officer located the vehicle and spoke with two people.
