An officer spoke to the salesmen. 10:31 p.m.: A caller from Fenton Street reported a suspicious person in the area. An officer was unable to find the person. 11:48 p.m.: An officer assisted a vehicle on West Main Street that was having mechanical issues. The officer set out flares while a tow truck was on the way.
