Improvements at Sandy Beach in Hopkinton will take place this year but not this summer.
The new bathhouse is on order but no delivery date has been established. The bathrooms are now expected some time in the fall.
In the meantime, the town has installed portable toilets at the beach on Lake Maspenock.
