Spell Check: The Town of Hopkington

One Patch reader snapped a picture and pointed out the glaring misspelling in an email. It's a mistake that we've made here on the site, and we're sure your family and friends make the same mistake every day.

Look again, it's okay if you missed it. 

Now do you see it?

In the headline of the sign Hopkinton is spelled correctly, but a little further down it lists the grant recipient as the Town of Hopkington.

Maybe they meant to send it to somewhere else? 

Now we don't want to put the blame on  because it's unclear if the person responsible for the mistake was town worker or the contractor, but this seems like something that should have been caught earlier. The sign was up for at least a couple days before someone took notice and moved the sign behind the bench (a gift from the class of '64 that keeps on giving)
