Two Drivers Arrested for License Violations

Monday, March 18
5:18 a.m.: A caller from South Street reported that a break-in had occurred. Officers responded and took a report.
11:54 a.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Thayer Heights and arrested Josenei Geremias Dasilva, 39, of 110 Wilson Dr., Framingham. Dasilva was charged with unlicensed operation and operating with a revoked license.

1:20 p.m.: A caller reported an erratic operator on Cedar Street and turning on to Main Street. Officers from the Hopkinton Police Department checked the area but couldn’t find the vehicle.

1:23 a.m.: An officer checked a vehicle on West Main Street that had a flat tire. The operator was issued a criminal application for operating without a license and police issued a civil citation to the owner for allowing unlicensed operation.
5:21 a.m.: A caller reported that her husband had struck a deer on Elm Street near the Elmwood School. Officers located the deer at 17 Elm Street where it had died.
7:46 a.m.: The Hopkinton Highway Department reported a vehicle that had slid off the road on East Main Street. The operator was able to get the vehicle back on the road before a tow truck arrived.
10:24 a.m.: A caller reported a vehicle that went off the road on Ash Street and hit a rock. No injuries were reported.
3:10 p.m.: Multiple callers reported a vehicle that crashed into a telephone pole on Fruit Street. No injuries were reported.
8:18 p.m.: An officer stopped a vehicle on Main Street and arrested Joseph P. Harris Jr., 37, of 437 Unit B3 Whitten St., Taunton. Harris was charged with operating with a suspended license.
