The Midway Café will appear at a city disciplinary hearing this morning for an incident involving the igniting of fireworks, according to a <a href="http://www.cityofboston.gov/cityclerk/docs/SKMBT_42013020700080-a2656b.pdf" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">schedule</a> of hearings from the Mayor's Office of Consumer Affairs and licensing. The hearing, labeled "Hazardous condition inside/outside premise; fireworks ignited in and in front of premises," will take place in Boston City Hall, room 801 at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday.
