The Midway Cafe was in front of a city violations board this morning due to a New Year's Eve incident which involved fireworks inside and outside of the club, according to a city document. The hearing, labeled "Hazardous condition inside/outside premise; fireworks ignited in and in front of premises," took place Tuesday at 10 a.m. before the <a href="http://www.cityofboston.gov/cityclerk/docs/SKMBT_42013022807180-ffe029.pdf" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">City Licensing Board</a>. Midway Cafe appeared before the same board in February.
