Mayor Gary Christenson recently attended a ribbon cutting ceremony of Pho Hoa Restaurant located at 655 Eastern Avenue, the site of the former Jack’s Ristorante. Following seven months of extensive renovations the new owners opened their doors this month. Owner My Nguyen is proud of his family owned and operated business which offers authentic Vietnamese cuisine such as Pho noodle soups with 22 varieties to choose from.
