Malden Adds New Oil Paintings At City Hall Via Local Artist

MALDEN, MA — Malden City Hall has a new set of oil paintings on display via local artist Rosene Wine, the city announced on Thursday.

The city recently bought paintings entitled “Rainy Date,” “Exchange,” and “Book Friends.” Each focuses on various sites in Malden.

City officials this past week week thanked the Malden-based Gallery@57 for connecting them with Wine to eventually add these paintings at City Hall.

Paintings are on display for public viewing on the second floor of City Hall.

The Gallery@57 describes itself as a group of artists, artisans and cultural entrepreneurs working together and selling their handmade products.
