Malden Recognizes Assistant Library Director

MALDEN, MA — City leaders honored Malden Public Library Assistant Director Caron Guigli this week as she officially retired after more than 10 years in her position.

During her career, Guigli served as the library liaison to Malden Reads, Friends of the Malden Public Library, and was a driving force behind events such as wine tastings and book sales.
“Caron (Guigli) truly made a difference and will be fondly remembered for providing the educational, informational and social needs of so many Malden residents,” Mayor Gary Christenson said in a press release.
Christenson presented Guigli with a citation along with Library Director Dora St. Martin.
