Ward 1 City Councilor and mayoral candidate Gary Christenson led a Flag Day ceremony at Tuesday that included Malden Mayor Richard Howard, Malden Historic Commission member Barbara L. Tolstrup, the Malden High School Band and Malden High School Choral Arts Society.
