Worker Killed In Everett Industrial Accident
A 38-year-old man was working on a forklift hydraulic system when the machine collapsed on him, authorities said.
EVERETT, MA — A man was killed in an industrial accident in Everett on Monday.
The accident happened at a storage facility on Commercial Street. The 38-year-old was working alone on a forklift hydraulic system when the machine collapsed on him, the Middlesex District Attorney's office said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities have not identified the victim by name. The Middlesex District Attorney's office and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration are investigating the accident.
