Youth-Led Black Lives Matter March In Malden Friday

MALDEN, MA – A youth-led Black Lives Matter march is planned for Malden Friday. The observance is intended to be a peaceful march of solidarity and will start at 2 p.m. on the Jenkins staircase at Malden High School

According to a flyer for the march, the route is Malden High School to Salem Street, Bryant Street, Lincoln Commons Park, Ferry Street and back to Malden High. Attendees are asked to bring a mask and follow proper social distancing guidelines.

There will be some masks available for distribution, as well as first aid kits and an ambulance on-site, the flyer states.
