Police Log: Minor Pedestrian Accident Results in Scraped Knees
The following is an excerpt from the Marblehead Police Log on Thursday, July 22 from midnight to 4 p.m.

- At 6:55 a.m. Thursday, a Turner Road resident called to report floors were being stripped nearby and it was making too much noise. When the resident went to speak to the workers they told him to "expletive off." Police spoke to both individuals and the floor strippers agreed to stop working until a reasonable time.
- At 8:01 a.m. Thursday, a jogger ran into the side of a vehicle on West Shore Drive and fell into the road. The car stopped and found the jogger holding his knee. The driver said he didn't see the jogger. The jogger's knees were scraped, but he didn't need to go to the hospital.
- At 10:14 a.m. Thursday, a man fell off the curb on Pleasant Street and into the street. Two men helped the man up and onto a park bench. Police arrived to find out if the man was OK. He said "he's as good as he's going to be."
