Police Log: Skateboarders Hanging On Moving Cars
This is an excerpt from the Marblehead Police Log from Sunday, August 15 through Tuesday, August 17, at 6 a.m.

- At 2:40 p.m. Sunday, a person called police about three kids on Gerry Island. The caller thought the kids were nervous about getting back to shore with the two dingies that they had. The caller said it's two boys and one girl. The caller said she was more nervous for the kids since the wind picked up.
- At 3:01 p.m. Sunday, a pink razor scooter with Barbie written on it went missing from the side of the house on Rowland Street.Â
- At 1:07 a.m. Monday, an Anchorage Lane woman called police when she heard a car idling in front of another house on Anchorage. The woman saw people going in and out of the house and believed the owners were away. Police responded and found the homeowner was having a party.Â
- At 1:38 p.m. Monday, a Hereford Road man found while he was away, his car was entered and the glove box emptied. A hammock was stolen from his yard and the bulkhead  of his home was opened, but access to house was not gained.Â
- At 4:51 p.m. Monday, a group of skateboarders were reported to be hanging on to car bumpers on State Street. No skateboarders were there when police arrived.
- Police arrested Lane A. Forman, 49, 9 Locust St., Marblehead on four warrants at 6:08 p.m. Monday on Locust Street.
- At 1:22 a.m. Tuesday, several calls were made to police about a fight on West Shore Drive. Police then received a call from one half of the party involved in the fight who stated that a light blue BMW had followed him from Gatchell's Park. The car then cut in front of
him and started doing burnouts and not letting him onto his street. The driver was not able to provide a license plate. Police checked the area.
