2. Children's author and National Book Award winner Jeanne Birdsall will speak at the at 6:30 p.m. Birdsall was scheduled to speak about her popular series of children's books several weeks ago, but had to reschedule due to an illness.

4. This month, Leadership MetroWest celebrates its 25th anniversary. At the same time, its flagship program, the MetroWest Leadership Academy, will graduate its 25th class. The graduation will be tonight at the Bose headquarters in Framingham. See the details .
5. Don't bring flowers to any cemeteries in Marlborough this week. The City is currently cleaning up each property, but don't worry, as of June 18 things will be back to normal. An important fact for those who want to honor fathers who have passed away.
