5 Things You Need To Know Today: June 22

1. There is a 20 percent chance of showers today in Marlborough after 11 a.m., otherwise expect partly-sunny skies and a high of 78 degrees.

2. The LPN class at will graduate this evening at 6 p.m. in the high school auditorium. 

3. Enjoy a free family bicycle ride with family, neighbors and friends on Sunday, June 26th from 10 a.m. to noon on the Assabet River Rail Trail. For this 3rd annual Family Fun Ride, Bike Marlborough joins Marlborough Hospital's Safe Summer Fun Day to offer a morning of healthy fun for all ages and bicycling abilities. Guides and maps will be provided as well as healthy snacks and water stops along the route. Assabet River Bicycles will offer on-site bike tune-ups and repairs (assabetbicycles.com). Two children's bikes, donated by BB Realty, will be raffled off at 10am before the ride. Participants are encouraged to ride to meeting location at 36 Jefferson St, Marlborough (across from Kelleher Field), though ample parking is available. This event was re-scheduled from June 12 due to rain.
