Two explosions have been reported from near the finish line at the Boston Marathon.

Police have confirmed explosions near the finish line of the Boston Marathon, according to a report from the Chicago Tribune.

"There was an explosion, police, fire and EMS are on the scene. We have no indication of how many people are injured," a spokeswoman for the Boston Police Department told representatives for the Tribune.
