Fugitive From Justice to be Extradited to Michigan

A man arrested on Massachusetts warrants is set to be sent back to Michigan where he is wanted on another warrant.

Police arrested Michael J. Lanagan, 31, of 16 Kendrick Street in Wrentham on three Massachusetts warrant charges after being called to Countryside Village on Boston Post Road East Monday night for a disturbance. When police finger printed and took a mug shot of Lanagan in the morning, they determined that he was wanted on another warrant charge out of Michigan.

Police determined that Michigan authorties intended to extradite Lanagan. He was arraigned yesterday and held without bail on four warrants and a charge of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant.
