July 25: Framingham Man is Charged with B&E, Assault in Marlborough

2:05 a.m.: During a motor vehicle stop near McDonalds restaurant, 250 Maple St., police arrest Geronimo DeCastro, 27, of 31 Weld St., Apt. 7, Framingham, and charge him with OUI liquor. 

8:43 a.m.: Police investigate the report of suspicious activity at Glenhaven, 56 Framingham Rd.

9:56 a.m.: A past breaking and entering burglary is reported at the , 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd. 

11:26 a.m.: Officers investigate an act of vandalism in the vicinity of Ash St. and Boston Scientific Way. 

1:37 p.m.: Police respond to a motor vehicle accident with property damage at 109 Fitchburg St. 

2:20 p.m.: Frank I. Patricelli, 22, of 342 Lincoln St., Apt. 314, is arrested at the same address on an outstanding warrant. 

2:51 p.m.: A missing person is reported at a residence, 23 Kirby St., Apt. St.

7:55 p.m.: An instance of shoplifting is reported to police at , 601 Donald J. Lynch Blvd., Apt. S212. 

11:39 p.m.: Officers respond to a domestic disturbance at Countryside Village, 450 Boston Post Rd. E., Apt. A508, and arrest Robert John Pescosolido, 29, of 25 America St., Framingham. He is charged with breaking and entering in the daytime for a felony, assault and battery, impeding an investigation through witness intimidation, breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony and vandalizing property.
