Man Arrested on Open Container and OUI Charges

8:19 a.m.: Larceny was reported from Lincoln Street.

10:18 a.m.: Police arrested Scott A. MacKenzie, 58, of 45 Nixon Road in Framingham on charges of operating under the influence of liquor, having a revoked registration, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and having no inspection sticker.

11:18 a.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Forest Street.

2:08 p.m.: Vandalism was reported from Leoleis Drive.

4:53 p.m.: An erratic operator was reported from Fitchburg Street and the Route 290 Connector.

6:16 p.m.: Found or lost property was reported from Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

7:32 p.m.: Auto theft was reported from Brook Village East on East Main Street.

8:35 p.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported from Chestnut Street.

9:43 p.m.: Harassment was reported from Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

11:25 p.m.: Suspicious activity was reported from Brook Street.
