MARLBOROUGH, MA — The Marlborough woman who tragically died over the weekend is being remembered fondly by a loved one.
John B. Large, the husband of Alesia Ventura-Large, shared a posting confirming the passing of his wife. She and Nancy Pilsch were in Maine over the weekend when their camper exploded. The two sustained severe burn injuries and later died in the hospital, according to the Maine State Fire Marshal.
Both women were 58 years old and were celebrating Pilsch’s birthday, who lived in Leominster. They were camping at Old Orchard Beach when police believe that gas leaked into and beneath the camper, according to the Maine State Fire Marshal.
