3:21 a.m.: Cassandra E. Guerra, 18, of 15 Grant Ct. Apt. 1, is arrested after police respond to a domestic disturbance in the vicinity of Lincoln and Bolton streets. She is charged with assault and battery.
6:19 a.m.: A report is filed concerning a motor vehicle accident with injuries at 116 Locke Dr.
7:48 a.m.: A missing person is reported to police in the vicinity of Lincoln St. and Huntington Ave.

8:34 a.m.: There is a motor vehicle accident with injuries in the area of 360 Cedar Hill St.
12:16 p.m.: Officers serve a restraining order to an individual at 24 Lakeshore Dr.

2:25 p.m.: During a well-being check at Hunt's Mobil, 260 West Main St., police arrest Richard M. Kozlowski, 51, of 67 Luke Rd., on an OUI, third offense.
5:39 p.m.: Laurie Ann Stephens, 49, of 2 Spring Ln., is arrested after police respond to a disturbance at the same address. She is arrested on an outstanding warrant, and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
7:22 p.m.: Services are rendered when police serve a restraining order to an individual at 13 Greendale Ave.
8:31 p.m.: Police investigate a motor vehicle accident with injuries at , 250 Maple St.
