May 25: Kentucky Man Arrested for Assault, Witness Intimidation

Here is a sampling of the calls the Marlborough Police Department responded to Wednesday, May 25, 2011. All arrests are reported.

1:00 a.m.: A citation/warning is issued during a motor vehicle stop in the vicinity of 72 Felton St.

8:51 a.m.: Officers perform a courtesy booking at , 355 Bolton St., of Paul B. Proulx, 28, of 24 Bennett Pl., Leominster. 

8:56 a.m.: Joshua Gibson, 30, of 2413 Griffith Ave., Owensboro, KY, is arrested during a domestic disturbance at the Homestead Village, 19 Northboro Rd., and charged with assault and battery, and impeding an investigation by witness intimidation.

11:12 a.m.: A report is filed concerning an officer injury at the , 355 Bolton St. 

2:39 p.m.: In the course of a motor vehicle stop near Granger Blvd. and Liberty St., police discover an outstanding warrant and arrest Quilvio Hernandez, 22, of 156 Chapin Ave. Apt. 2, Providence, RI.

5:01 p.m.: Annoying phone calls are reported to police at 181 Boston Post Rd. E. Apt. 78. 

10:21 p.m.: Services are rendered when police respond to an assistance needed call at , 157 Union St.
