Hyannis Fentanyl Raid: Couple Charged

Cape Cod police said a fentanyl raid resulted in the arrests of Ryan Banton and Vanessa Correia.

BARNSTABLE, MA — Two Hyannis fentanyl dealers were recently arrested in a drug raid, police said Wednesday. Ryan Banton, 21, and Vanessa Correia, 37, were charged with fentanyl possession with intent to distribute and conspiracy. Police said they are convicted drug dealers.

Barnstable and Yarmouth police raid raided Correia's Seabrook Road apartment Friday and arrested the couple there. Police said they found fentanyl, other drugs and cash in the residence.

Banton and Correia were arraigned Monday in Barnstable District Court and released after they posted a $5,000 bond each.
