5 Things: Massage Parlors, Drug Take Back, Best Florist

Here's Five Things.

Good morning, here are five things to know today:

1. Massage Parlors: In an attempt to crackdown on alleged prostitution, the city is moving forward with crafting an ordinance to bring the licensing of massage parlors under its control. The issue came to the forefront after employees at two Medford massage parlors were arrested April 5 on charges of offering sex for cash, but the arrests were not enough for police to close the businesses.

The city will be accepting old prescriptions so they can dispose of them safely Saturday. Bring yours to the rear parking lot of city hall between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday.
