The studios building on George P. Hassett Drive has been listed for sale. The asking price: $4.65 million. The 16,000 square-foot facility is being offered for sale through NAI Hunneman, a Boston-based commercial real estate company. The building was constructed and Springstep opened in 2003.

Catherine Greig pleaded guilty, and a Wakefield resident's Peace Corp dedication is 40 years strong. Those were two of the top recent headlines from just beyond Medford's bounds.

3. 60s with a Chance of Showers: There's a 20 percent chance of rain today, mainly in the afternoon, with highs in the low 60s, according to the National Weather Service. Temperatures in the mid-70s are expected tomorrow.
