Good morning, here are five things to know today.

There was a stabbing after a private party at a temple in Malden, and Somerville police shut down a massage parlor for giving "happy endings." Those are a couple of the top recent stories from just beyond Medford's bounds.

Weather: Temperatures are expected to be in the high 40s today with mostly sunny skies and wind gusts topping 30 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service.

John F. Kennedy believed everyone could make a difference in the world. Today, the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library honors that legacy by awarding 100 Massachusetts middle schoolers the Make a Difference Award. Andrews School Seventh Grader Amber Harbison accepted that award on March 15.
