Rick Caraviello won a seat on the city council Nov. 8.

The following was submitted by Medford City Councilor-Elect Rick Caraviello:
As we approach Thanksgiving, I want to thank those who went to the polls and voted for me in the City Council Election. Throughout the campaign, many residents opened their doors to me, read my literature and took time out of their busy day to contact me with questions about issues that affect us here in Medford.
Many issues emerged in the course of my conversations with you. It is a privilege and pleasure to be able to represent your interests in such a remarkable city. I am committed to listening to your views, and I will strive to represent the people of Medford to the very best of my ability.
