First-Time Home Buyers Workshop April 9

Medford Community Housing holding three classes at Edgerly Hall.

Medford Community Housing is holding a first-time home buyer workshop, with the first of three classes taking place April 9.

The class will take place from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Medford Housing Authority in Edgerly Hall, 121 Riverside Ave. in Medford. Subsequent classes will be held April 11 and 16. The cost is $60.

The program will run over the course of three evenings with 9 hours of instructional class time. Participants taking this workshop will receive a C.H.A.P.A. certificate of completion. The certification allows first time home buyers to apply for First Time Home Loan Mortgage Programs through local area mortgage lenders, state housing program sand FHA... You must be registered to attend this workshop. The course is C.H.A.P.A. & MassHousing certified.
