Four bedroom, second and third floor, two bathrooms, two off-street parking spaces, eat-in kitchen, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, bamboo floors, water and sewer, cable ready, storage unit, yard, coin-operated laundry. $1,574 per month.

Income limits:

• Two-person household: $43,360
• Three-person household: $51,000
• Four-person household: $56,640
• Five-person household: $61,200
• Six-person household: $65,760
• Voucher holders are welcome.
