Large Apartment Complex In Development For Medford: Report

MEDFORD, MA — A new multi-family residential building is currently in development to go up at the site of a former industrial site, according to a report from Connect CRE.

The Clayborn is slated to be a 289-unit structure that covers 3.5 acres of land on 970 Fellsway. It will reportedly include a mix of studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, and six townhomes.
The project team includes Plumb House as the general contractor, CUBE 3 as the architect, Bohler as the civil engineer, WSP as the mechanical engineer, and H+O as the structural engineer. Boston-based Davis Companies are developing it. The current estimated completion date is November 2027.
