Medford Affordable Housing Lottery: 6 Units Available
Four one-bedroom condos and two two-bedroom condos are available to own at 519 on Broadway.
MEDFORD, MA — The city will hold a lottery for six affordable units at 519 on Broadway, a 55-unit development on Medford Street.
The units have one or two bathrooms and one assigned surface parking at no charge. They range from 706-877 square feet for a one-bedroom unit, and 1,074 or 1,104 for a two-bedroom unit.
Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and central air are included. Pets are allowed at 40 pounds or under, with breed restrictions.
