Medford First Time Homebuyer Workshops This Fall

Medford Community Housing is hosting First Time Homebuyer Workshops this fall.

The first workshop is Sept. 3, 5 and 10, from 6-9 p.m. at the Medford Housing Authority in Edgerly Hall, 121 Riverside Ave. The cost of the workshop is $60.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion, which allows first time homebuyers to apply for First Time Home Loan Mortgage Programs through local area mortgage lenders, state housing programs and the Federal Housing Authority.
