Medford Mayoral Candidates to Meet for October Debate

The first mayoral debate will be held at the Chevalier Theatre in Medford.

As the race for Medford’s Mayor continues, the Medford Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present the first Mayoral Debate to be held at the Chevalier Theatre, 30 Forest Street, Medford, on Thursday, October 15 from 6-10pm.

The debate will give local residents the opportunity to hear firsthand from the two candidates, Stephanie Muccini Burke and Bob Penta, on a variety of topics based on questions submitted by local citizens.

The debate will be moderated by Fox25 News Investigative Reporter and Medford resident, Kerry Kavanaugh.

The Medford Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to organize this debate and provide a forum for Medford residents to hear from the candidates about their vision for our City.

All Mayoral Debate questions will be based on those submitted by local residents and the public. The questions will be reviewed and categorized by a panel of five Medford residents: John Anderson, Rita Cornelio, Allie Fiske, Dan Kennedy, and Penny Outlaw.

The Mayoral Debate is free and open to the public, with doors opening at 6:00 pm. The event will begin at 7pm sharp and run until 10pm.
