Medford Police Log: 13 Arrests in 4 Days

An Andover man arrested on Salem Street Monday is charged with third offense driving under the influence of alcohol, according to Medford Police.

Jinsen Liu, 34, was arrested about 10:15 Monday on Salem Street and charged with operating under the influence of liquor for the third offense, and operating with a license suspended for operating under the influence, according to the police log.

Liu was one of 13 people arrested between April 2 and April 5.
