Medford Students Present to Bloomberg Group Tuesday

The Bloomberg Center for Citizenship and Responsibility will be hosting in the Medford High School Library Tuesday at 2:45 p.m.

MEDFORD, MA -- Medford students from all grades will present their projects at a fair Tuesday hosted by Bloomberg philanthropies. The Bloomberg Center for Citizenship and Responsibility will be hosting in the Medford High School Library at 2:45 p.m. The Center provides instructional resources, activities, coordination and training to support the mission of developing responsible global citizens who will make positive contributions to society.

Medford High School and Medford Vocational Technical High School will feature their projects from 2:45 to 4 p.m. and the elementary and middle school projects will be featured from 3:15-4 p.m. High school projects focus on financial ventures, music composition, ethics, immigration, social awareness, poetry, profiles of Americans, anti-bullying and the Mustang report. Middle school projects will focus on their model United Nations while the elementary schools will feature supporting the troops and buddy benches. This event is funded through a grant from Bloomberg Philanthropies.
