
The city of Medford will commemorate the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks with a ceremony at Morrison Park.
The ceremony will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 11 and will be followed with a walk to Immaculate Conception Church where a special "Blue Mass" will be held to honor Medford and Malden's First Responders.
The ceremonies are open to the public.

The following events will also be happening later on Sept. 11:
- The Malden Irish American Club, along with the Irish Immigrant Center is hosting “A Community of Reflection” from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Irish American Club, 177 West Street, Malden.
- Tufts University is hosting a free musical performance called, “Ten Years Later: Musical Responses to 9/11” at 3 PM at the Distler Performance Hall, 20 Talbot Avenue in Somerville.
