On the Agenda: Block Grants and Train Horns

A look at the Medford City Council's agenda.

Before its regular 7 p.m. meeting at City Hall Tuesday night, the city council will hold a committee of the whole meeting at 6 p.m. in room 207 to discuss community block grant applications and proposals.

It's 7 p.m. committee is expected to include discussion on the following:

  • A request for an update from Mayor Michael McGlynn on the temporary train whistle ban in West Medford (Brought forward by city councilor Robert Penta).
  • A request for an update from Mayor Michael McGlynn on mitigation from the Fast14 highway project from contractor JF White (Brought forward by city councilor Robert Penta).
