Here's what is on the agenda for the Medford City Council meeting, which will be held in council chambers in City Hall at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 29: <ul> <li>A resolution calling for the mayor to appoint a citizen Transportation Advisory Committee. The committee would be expected to establish a new transportation policy and planning framework. It would include a parking management plan, a traffic flow study and a bicyclist friendly master plan, among other things. (Submitted by Councilor Michael Marks)</li> <li>A resolution to discuss the issue of Agenda 21 and the UN International Baccalaureate program. (Submitted by Councilor Robert Penta)</li> </ul>
