On the Agenda: Council Goes Back to Work
Several locals to be recognized by the council.

The Medford City Council will go back to work tonight with a regular meeting at 7 p.m. in the Howard F. Alden Auditorium of Medford City Hall.
The council decided not to hold a meeting last week during school vacation week.
Agendas for both the licensing subcommittee meeting scheduled to take place at 6 p.m. in Room 207 of City Hall as well as for the regular meeting are available here.

The council is scheduled to honor MHS senior Trent Sullivan for winning the state VFW "Voice of Democracy" essay contest. Sullivan will represent Massachusetts in Washington, DC on March 2.
Teresa Pepe of Bride N' Belle in Medford will also be recognized "for her continued support and generosity to the MHS girls over the last 4 years. Teresa has donated over 100 brand new beautiful gowns in recent years to the MHS Prom Dress Shop," according to the agenda.
