<p>During its 7 p.m. meeting at City Hall, the Medford City Council is expected to discuss a resolution from councilor Breanna Lungo-Koehn that calls for Medford police to step up patrols at city parks, particularly Barry Park, which has had problems with drug dealing and drinking, according to Lungo-Koehn's resolution.</p>
