Pini's Pizzeria Relocates To Medford
The Somerville pizza spot is reopening in the former home of Espresso Pizza near Tufts University.
MEDFORD, MA — Tufts students didn't have to wait long for another pizza spot near campus.
Just a month after Espresso Pizza closed its doors after more than 40 years on Boston Avenue, Somerville-based Pini's Pizzeria is moving in.
Pini's closed temporarily this month as it relocated from 511 Broadway to 336 Boston Avenue. A comment on the Facebook post announcing the move indicates it will reopen on Sunday.

Espresso's closed in December after the owner, who took over the business following the death of her brother, founder Anthony Salvato Jr., retired.
