Police Log: Hillsdale Road Man Faces Assault Charge

A Hillsdale Road man arrested at his home Thursday faces two charges, including assault with a dangerous weapon, according to police.

Edward Mitrano, 56, of 66 Hillsdale Road was arrested about 6:30 p.m. Thursday on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and threat to commit a crime, according to the police log.
