Police Log: Man Charged with Indecent Exposure

An Exchange Avenue man was arrested Sunday evening and charged with indecent exposure, according to the police log.

James Huguley, 47, of 102 Exchange Ave. was arrested on Willis Avenue about 6 p.m. Sunday and charged with indecent exposure.

Huguley was the only person arrested Sunday, a day where the police department was inundated with numerous calls for wires and trees down as result of Tropical Storm Irene.
