Bank Robbery Reported at Citizens Bank in West Medford

The Citizens Bank in West Medford was robbed Wednesday afternoon, according to police radio transmissions.

The robbery occurred about 12:30 p.m., and police were searching for a suspect described as a white male about 6 feet 2 inches with a blue jacket, according to @AlertNewEngland, who first reported the robbery.

The Citizens Bank is located at 501 High Street in West Medford.

Patch placed a call to Medford Police Wednesday afternoon seeking information on the robbery, but as of late Wednesday evening it had not been returned.
