Saved by the Bell Star Holds Girls Only Assembly at Medford High
Elizabeth Berkley visited MHS Friday.
Information provided by Allison Goldsberry/InsideMedford.com:
Former Saved by the Bell Star Elizabeth Berkley paid a visit to the female students at Medford High School Friday.
Berkley held a girls only assembly where she took questions that were written anonymously on slips of paper for a very candid discussion about life and the issues girls face.
Berkley -- who played Jessie Spano on the popular teen show from 1989 to 1993 -- is close friends with Medford High graduate and actress Maria Menounos, and chose only ten schools to come speak to. She gave each of the girls at the assembly a copy of her book and a gift card to Macy's. She is also in Boston on a book signing tour.
