My Dad was friends with Maury Sr. & Jack Carroll. I was a baby and my Dad would take me in there on weekends and the waitress Mary would spoil me! Then fast forward to College years and I worked there on the weekends...My Dad became one of the Managers there when he sold our restaurant....Then 2 years later I had my wedding reception there!!!! So boy do I remember Carrolls....I should have my initials under one of the tables...lol -

Yea! My high school class had an event at Carroll's. So long ago. I'm not in Medford anymore but I will definitely visit Carroll's just for memories sake. It's a taste of home and a great memory.

My mother worked at the original Carroll's for years. I can't wait to take her to the new place!

I worked at Carroll's years ago while in college. I was excited to hear that the restaurant will be opening soon in Medford. I'd love to work there again...nice family and great menu. I hope they offer their house dressing--it was delicious!!
