2. WALMART MOVIE/DISCUSSION: "Walmart: The High Cost of Low Prices" will be screened at the Medford Public Library tonight starting at 6:30 p.m. followed by a discussion on what Walmart might bring to a community like Medford.

4. THIS DAY IN HISTORY: On this day in 2005, John Paul II, history's most well-traveled pope and the first non-Italian to hold the position since the 16th century, dies at his home in the Vatican.
