Human rights discussion tonight; Affordable Housing Task Force meets this a.m.

2) Know your rights: Rev. Dr. Bill Schulz will be speaking on the topic of "The Future of Human Rights" . Rev. Dr. Schulz is the current president of the Unitarian Universalist Service Committee (www.uusc.org), a nonsectarian organization that advances human rights and and social justice and for 12 years he served as Executive Director of Amnesty International. This is a free event and open to the public.

3) I will buy you that big house: The Melrose Affordable Housing Task Force in the Mayor's Conference Room on the 2nd floor of City Hall. The meeting will feature a report from City Planner Denise Gaffey on the State of Housing in Melrose and a presentation on the Welcome Home Massachusetts affordable housing campaign by Carol Marine of the Citizen's Housing & Planning Association (CHAPA). All are welcome.
